- Die Zeitschrift für Rechtssoziologie publiziert Arbeiten, die sich mit der Beziehung zwischen Gesellschaft und Recht beschäftigen. Veröffentlicht werden Artikel und Berichte über Feldforschung und Forschungsmethoden. Die Zeitschrift verfolgt einen stark interdisziplinären Ansatz und nimmt Arbeiten aus allen wissenschaftlichen Traditionen auf, die sich mit den kulturellen, ökonomischen, politischen, psychologischen oder sozialen Aspekten des Rechts beschäftigen. Bei der Zeitschrift für Rechtssoziologie eingereichte Manuskripte werden zwei Gutachtern zur Beurteilung zugesandt.
